Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SharelyAdd, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms occasionally and will notify you of material changes by in-app notice or email.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SharelyAdd. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly forbidden on SharelyAdd. Violations may result in immediate, permanent account termination — without refund — and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• No spam — repetitive, unsolicited, low-quality, or automated content at scale.
• No fraud — scams, fake donation requests, impersonation, phishing, payment fraud, or any deceptive practice.
• No illegal content — content that violates the law in your jurisdiction or ours, including CSAM, terrorist content, copyright infringement, trafficking, or controlled substances.
• No abusive behavior — hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, bullying, or targeted attacks on individuals or groups.
• No adult content where prohibited — sexually explicit material outside of designated, age-gated areas (where supported).
• No malware — viruses, phishing links, or attempts to disrupt our infrastructure or other users' devices.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant SharelyAdd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of everything you share — including captions, comments, voice messages, live streams, and direct messages. We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

SharelyAdd enables creators to receive donations, tips, gifts, and live-stream contributions. The following rules apply:

• Voluntary & final — all donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of clear fraud or error reviewed by our support team.
• Honest representation — creators must accurately represent who they are and what supporters are funding. Misleading donation campaigns are prohibited.
• No illegal use — funds may not be used to facilitate or promote any illegal activity.
• Trusted processors — payments are handled by PayPal, Apple StoreKit, and Google Play Billing. Fees and payout schedules are described in the in-app Wallet.
• Fraud reversal rights — SharelyAdd may withhold or reverse funds in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations.
• Tax responsibility — creators are responsible for declaring and paying taxes due on their earnings in their jurisdiction.

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to keep SharelyAdd safe:

• Automated detection — AI-assisted filtering for spam, CSAM, and known harmful content.
• Community reporting — every user can report posts, comments, profiles, and messages directly in the app.
• Human review — flagged content is reviewed by our trust & safety team within established response targets.
• Account-level controls — users can block, mute, restrict, or limit who can message them.
• Appeals — if your content or account is restricted, you can appeal via support@sharelyadd.com.
• Cooperation with authorities — we cooperate with law enforcement on lawful requests involving serious harm or illegal activity.

We protect your data with industry-standard practices including 2FA, encrypted sessions, device fingerprinting, IP-level monitoring, and rate limiting. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and your rights.

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including, where appropriate, withholding pending payouts. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent platform-wide bans and may be reported to authorities.

SharelyAdd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of content, earnings, or reputation.
